Brian Chou is a New York-based architect and designer. Prior to moving to New York, he lived in Taipei, Washington DC, and Los Angeles. His passion for architecture and design came from years of traveling and reading. Inspired by the works of Tadao Ando, Norman Foster and Mies Van der Rohe, he believes that great design should not only improve people's quality of life, but also provide the most sustainable solutions to contemporary challenges. Besides his endeavors in architecture, he is also an award-winning artist and photographer. 
Brian is a graduate from the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation (GSAPP) with a Master of Science in Architecture. He received his Bachelor of Architecture with honors from the University of Southern California, where he was a Global Scholar and the recipient of the Gin Wong Merit Scholarship.
